Blond is a small Perl Net::IRC script for channel op management.

Blond’s development originally started as an irc-pphone gateway and currently exists in development branch of pphone. Its auto-op feature was however generally useful and so it was deployed as a standalone product purely for irc purposes. It could be called Net::IRC tutorial as well. 2004/11/28-18:08-Sun
